Therapy doesn’t always mean sitting down and telli Therapy doesn’t always mean sitting down and telling your entire life story.
Sometimes it’s about saying:
👉 “I want to improve this part of my life. Teach me how to do it.”
That’s where Executive Function Therapy comes in.
Instead of just talking, we teach and practice skills that help you move forward in real, practical ways. We focus on:
✔️ Building organization and planning skills
✔️ Improving emotional regulation and self-control
✔️ Strengthening focus, working memory, and follow-through
✔️ Learning how to shift gears when life throws curveballs
💡 Executive function therapy is about teaching and improving behaviors, emotions, and regulation so you can feel more balanced, confident, and capable in daily life.
If you’ve ever thought:
✨ “I need strategies, not just talk.”
✨ “I want to learn how to manage my ADHD, anxiety, or overwhelm better.”
✨ “I need tools I can actually use day-to-day.”
— this is exactly what I do.
👋 Welcome! I’m Victoria Prisco, LPC, Special Education Teacher, and Menopause Coach. I provide solution-focused therapy and coaching that gives you the skills to thrive.
📍 Therapy available in PA, VA, FL, AZ, ID, and NV
🌐 Menopause Coaching available anywhere
Follow along for tips, strategies, and support that empower the neurodivergent mind.
✨ Let’s Talk About Executive Functioning Therapy v ✨ Let’s Talk About Executive Functioning Therapy vs. Talk Therapy ✨

When most people think of therapy, they picture talk therapy: a space to share feelings, process experiences, and explore patterns. And while that support is incredibly valuable, sometimes we also need practical strategies in the here and now.

That’s where Executive Functioning Therapy comes in. Instead of only talking about your struggles, we work together to understand how your brain functions—and practice skills that make daily life easier. Think of it as coaching your brain to:
✔️ Stay on track with tasks
✔️ Manage emotions and stress in the moment
✔️ Build flexible thinking when plans change
✔️ Improve organization, time management, and follow-through

💡 This approach can be life-changing for:

Kids and adults with ADHD or Autism

Anyone struggling with anxiety or depression

Women navigating postpartum, perimenopause, or menopause, when hormonal changes make focus, memory, and mood harder to manage

In every session, I blend my background as a Licensed Therapist, Special Education Teacher, and Menopause Coach to create solutions that work in your real life. This is therapy that helps you feel supported emotionally and equipped with tools you can actually use tomorrow.

🌱 If you’ve felt like traditional therapy hasn’t given you the structure you need, Executive Functioning Therapy might be the missing piece.

Executive Function Skills for Women in Menopause & Executive Function Skills for Women in Menopause & Perimenopause 🌸

Hormonal changes during menopause and perimenopause — especially lower estrogen — can affect memory, mood, and focus. That’s why executive functioning skills are so powerful in this stage of life. They provide tools to manage daily life, reduce anxiety, and strengthen relationships.

✨ Impulse Control – Helps manage irritability, reactivity, and mood swings so you can respond instead of react.

✨ Working Memory – Supports remembering conversations, tasks, and appointments even when brain fog sets in.

✨ Flexible Thinking – Makes it easier to adapt when energy, focus, or emotions shift unexpectedly.

✨ Emotional Regulation – Provides strategies to manage heightened anxiety, sadness, or frustration tied to hormonal fluctuations.

✨ Planning & Organization – Builds systems to balance work, relationships, and self-care without feeling overwhelmed.

💡 When we strengthen executive functioning, we give women the tools to feel grounded, capable, and confident — even when hormones are unpredictable.

You don’t have to push through this season alone. With the right strategies, it’s possible to restore clarity, calm, and balance in daily life.

👩‍🏫 I’m Victoria Prisco, LPC, Special Education Teacher, and Certified Menopause Coach. I help women build executive functioning skills that create lasting change through every stage of life.

Did you know that executive functioning skills are Did you know that executive functioning skills are the foundation of social skills?
Before kids can build strong friendships, they need the tools to:
🧠 Pause before reacting (impulse control)
🧠 Shift when plans change (flexible thinking)
🧠 Remember directions in the moment (working memory)
🧠 Manage big feelings when things don’t go their way (emotional regulation)
That’s exactly why I created my Minecraft Social Skills Group.
Inside a private Minecraft Realm, kids ages 7–12 connect on video and in-game while I coach them in the moment. The game gives us a natural environment to practice executive functioning as it happens — whether it’s waiting their turn, compromising on a build, or repairing a misunderstanding with a peer.
🌟 When kids strengthen executive functioning, social skills grow naturally.
✅ They communicate better.
✅ They handle frustration without meltdowns.
✅ They learn how to collaborate and build lasting friendships.
This isn’t just “playing Minecraft” — it’s real-time therapy designed to support neurodivergent kids where they shine best: in play.

✨ Skill-Building Tools for ADHD + Perimenopause ✨ ✨ Skill-Building Tools for ADHD + Perimenopause ✨

When old tools stop working, new ones must be built. For ADHD brains in perimenopause, skill-building isn’t optional—it’s essential for managing brain fog, anxiety, and shifting hormones.

👉 Practical strategies that work now:
✔️ Externalize memory with planners, reminders, and visual cues
✔️ Break tasks into tiny steps to reduce overwhelm
✔️ Build new systems for time management so you can better predict how long things will take
✔️ Rest without guilt—reframe downtime as brain fuel, not failure
✔️ Delegate responsibilities—because hyper-independence has limits
✔️ Practice anxiety reduction with grounding, journaling, or therapeutic support

👉 Explore:
For some women, ADHD medication may help. For others, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) better addresses brain fog, mood swings, and cognitive changes linked to estrogen loss. Sometimes, the right support is a combination of both.

💡 These aren’t “nice to haves”—they’re survival strategies for navigating ADHD + hormone shifts. Small, consistent changes really can add up to big relief.

✨ Ready for therapy with an ADHD expert and menopause coach who focuses on building skills—not just talking about challenges? Together, we’ll build datasets, assign homework, and work on teaching the brain new strategies instead of only rehashing how hard life feels.

✨ Brain Fog, Anxiety & ADHD in Perimenopause ✨ Do ✨ Brain Fog, Anxiety & ADHD in Perimenopause ✨

Do you ever feel like you’re going crazy? You’re not. What’s really happening is that your hormones have shifted—and it’s unraveling the ADHD solutions you’ve relied on for years to keep life on track.

Whether you were officially diagnosed or not, you’ve likely been building coping tools since Kindergarten to “stay on track.” But as estrogen and progesterone decline during perimenopause and menopause, brain fog, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm intensify. The old strategies stop working, and everything feels harder.

💡 The truth: What’s happening may not make sense to you—or to your body right now. ADHD and hormone shifts collide in a way that can feel unpredictable and overwhelming. But it’s not a personal failure—it’s a real biological change that needs new support. You deserve validation, compassion, and tools that match this season of life.

👉 For ADHD brains in perimenopause, skill-building is essential:
✔️ Externalize memory with planners and reminders
✔️ Break tasks into tiny steps to reduce overwhelm
✔️ Rest without guilt—downtime is brain fuel
✔️ Delegate responsibilities—hyper-independence has limits
✔️ Regulate emotions with grounding, journaling, or therapy

These aren’t “nice to haves”—they’re survival strategies for brains navigating ADHD + hormone shifts. Small changes really do add up to big relief.

✨ Perimenopause Brain Fog + ADHD ✨ Perimenopause ✨ Perimenopause Brain Fog + ADHD ✨

Perimenopause often feels like a game of “Where did I put my brain?” Memory lapses, emotional sensitivity, and tearfulness show up more often—and hit harder than before.

👉 Estrogen fluctuations weaken recall, trigger sudden crying spells, and heighten reactivity.
👉 ADHD already impacts working memory and emotional regulation, so when menopause or perimenopause hormones shift, the overlap can feel brutal.

You may:
🌀 Forget why you walked into a room
🌀 Burst into tears over something small
🌀 Feel raw and overwhelmed from everyday stress

💡 The good news: You’re not going crazy. These are predictable hormonal changes layered on top of ADHD. Once you understand the ADHD–perimenopause connection, you can replace shame with compassion—and start building tools that work for this season of life.

Children with ADHD and Autism often hyperfocus on their own interests or builds, making it challenging to collaborate with peers or join group plans. In this group, kids are coached in the moment to:

✅ Tolerate breaking hyperfocus and shift toward teamwork.
✅ Set boundaries—and respect the boundaries of others.
✅ Express needs clearly and ask questions with confidence.

For many kids with ADHD, AuDHD, and Autism, friendship challenges can feel discouraging. Small conflicts often escalate quickly, and many children aren’t sure how to repair or move forward. That’s why one of the key goals of my Minecraft Social Skills Group for ages 7–12 is helping kids practice apologizing and respecting boundaries in a safe, supportive space.

In group, children learn that mistakes happen—even in Minecraft. What matters most is how they handle those moments. With real-time coaching, kids practice:
✔️ Offering genuine apologies that rebuild trust
✔️ Repairing relationships when conflicts arise
✔️ Respecting each other’s limits and boundaries

These small but powerful skills lay the foundation for stronger friendships, greater resilience, and more self confidence navigating both school and home life.

Hi, I’m Victoria — Let me introduce myself. I’m a Hi, I’m Victoria — Let me introduce myself.

I’m a Licensed Therapist, Special Education Teacher, and Certified Menopause Coach—and I specialize in helping neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan. Whether you’re supporting a child, navigating new adult diagnoses, or managing shifting symptoms later in life, I’m here to help.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked with individuals with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD—supporting emotional regulation, executive functioning, and confidence-building. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, solution-focused, and grounded in real-world skills that work in your life.

🧠 I support:

Children (ages 7–12) through Minecraft Social Skills Groups—teaching flexibility, frustration tolerance, communication, and peer connection in a private Minecraft realm, guided in real time on video. Neurodivergent children's self esteem starts to decrease by the age of 10, gaining skills in real time can change this trajectory!

Parents, with coaching that helps create behavior systems that work across a child's daily routine from school to home and learn strategies that help you to support your child’s neurodivergent brain.

Adults, especially those who are newly diagnosed or suspect they’re neurodivergent—helping them unmask, rebuild routines, decrease people pleasing, improve communication, reduce burnout, and understand how their brain works.

🌸 I also specialize in working with women navigating ADHD during perimenopause and postpartum, when symptoms can intensify due to hormonal shifts. I bring specialized training in perimenopause and menopause, and actively collaborate with OB/GYN Dr. Einhorn to ensure an integrated approach to both mental and physical health during these life transitions.

I believe that neurodivergence is a way of thinking that deserves support, education, and therapy sessions that go beyond just talking. It's time to work with someone focused on teaching you skills, learning how to rebuild your day and your relationships instead of feeling overwhelmed, under motivated and disorganized all day every day.

Why ADHD Feels Different Now If stimulants don’t Why ADHD Feels Different Now

If stimulants don’t feel like enough anymore, you’re not imagining it. ADHD during perimenopause feels different because your brain chemistry is literally changing. Estrogen drops → less dopamine + serotonin. Progesterone drops → less calm, less resilience. Oxytocin drops → loneliness, rejection sensitivity. For women with ADHD, these shifts magnify everything—brain fog, forgetfulness, mood swings, irritability, decision-making struggles. Suddenly tasks you once forced yourself through feel impossible. Emotional reactions feel bigger, faster, harder to control. This is not weakness—it’s biology. And once you see the hormone connection, you realize new strategies are possible.
