For over 15 years, I’ve worked with individuals with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD—supporting emotional regulation, executive functioning, and confidence-building. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, solution-focused, and grounded in real-world skills that work in your life.

Neurodivergent children's self esteem starts to decrease by the age of 10, gaining skills in real time can change this trajectory!

Parents, with coaching that helps create behavior systems that work across a child's daily routine from school to home and learn strategies that help you to support your child’s neurodivergent brain.
