Knowing what to do isn’t the same as being able to do it. Here’s how the work helps close that gap.

About Level Up Wellness

Who does Victoria Prisco work with?

Victoria Prisco works with neurodivergent adults who have or suspect ADHD, anxiety, AuDHD, or autism, with women navigating ADHD alongside pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, or menopause, and with elementary-aged neurodivergent kids through the Minecraft Social Development Program. A diagnosis is not required for individual sessions.

What does an Executive Function Specialist and ADHD expert do?

An Executive Function Specialist and ADHD expert helps you figure out what is happening underneath the moments that feel like executive functioning disasters, then builds systems, habits, and responses you know how to adjust when life changes. The work doesn’t fit neatly into a therapy box or a coaching box. It feels more like a Kanban board than a treatment plan.

What are Victoria Prisco’s credentials?

Victoria Prisco holds an MS Ed in special education and an MA in creative arts therapy (ATR). She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a licensed special educator, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Certified Menopause Coach. She has worked with neurodivergent people since 2009, across school, clinical, and private practice settings.

How do those credentials show up in sessions?

Each one shapes a different part of the work. Special Education Teacher: she teaches how executive functioning works in a way that fits how you process information. Counselor: she helps you recognize automatic thoughts, learned responses, anxiety, guilt, and internal rules. Project Manager: the work has a defined scope, priorities, and iterations. Creative Arts Therapist: you experiment with systems and tools instead of assuming there is one right way. Menopause Coach: hormonal changes are part of the conversation instead of being segmented out.

Is this ADHD coaching or therapy?

It sits between the two. Sessions are led by a Licensed Professional Counselor, but they aren’t open-ended talk about how your week went, and they aren’t a deep dive into your childhood. Sessions are focused, structured, and built around data you collect between sessions. Something from your past may come up when it is relevant, but the time stays centered on what you are working on now.

What doesn’t Level Up Wellness offer?

Level Up Wellness does not provide ADHD evaluations, diagnoses, disability letters, or prescribing. Medication can be part of the conversation, but medical treatment decisions stay with your medical provider. If working together isn’t the right fit, the intro session helps you leave with a clearer idea of what might make sense next, such as CBT, an ADHD evaluation, or medication management.

Individual Executive Function Sessions

What is executive function support for adults?

Executive function support helps you understand and strengthen the skills behind starting tasks, finishing them, managing time, planning, and following through. At Level Up Wellness, it means tracking what actually happens in your day, figuring out what is getting in the way, and building systems around what you learn. Learn more about individual executive function sessions.

Can I get ADHD support without a diagnosis?

Yes. You don’t need an ADHD diagnosis to work together. Maybe you have one, maybe you suspect one, or maybe your executive functioning just feels like it is failing you right now. The work starts with what is happening in your day, not with a label.

Who are individual sessions for?

Individual sessions are for neurodivergent adults who have or suspect ADHD, anxiety, AuDHD, or autism. Maybe adulting after graduation is kicking your butt. Maybe everyone thinks you are doing great while you are exhausted from keeping it all together. Maybe ADHD is showing up in your relationships. Maybe you own five planners and use none of them.

What happens in a 30-minute session?

A session works like a stand-up meeting. You come in with the data or homework you gathered, you process it together, you work on the strategy, skill, habit, or response you identified, and you leave with a plan and an agenda for the next session.

Why are sessions only 30 minutes?

The 30 minutes is intentional. The structure is part of the work: you practice synthesizing what you want to say, staying on topic instead of following a thought loop, and recognizing when the scope needs to adjust. You walk away remembering what you worked on instead of thinking, Wait, what did we even do?

How often do sessions meet?

Sessions meet every two weeks, which is about an hour a month. The work keeps going between sessions while you collect data, try the plan, practice a new response, and notice what happens in your actual day.

How do you tell ADHD apart from anxiety or burnout?

By collecting data instead of guessing. ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, hormonal changes, and outside pressure can all look the same in a day that went sideways. Tracking what happens shows which one is driving it, and each one needs a different intervention. A productivity hack was never going to resolve an anxious response.

What kind of homework is involved?

Homework depends on what your data shows. You might track your workday, practice a different response, test a boundary, try a system, change a habit, or adjust a plan based on your real time, energy, and capacity.

What do I walk away with?

You walk away understanding what affects your executive functioning, what works for you, and why it works. That way you can recognize when something needs to change and start making that change yourself, instead of relying on a planner that works until it doesn’t.

Women’s Collective

What is the Women’s Collective?

The Women’s Collective is executive function support for women who have or suspect ADHD and are navigating pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, or other hormonal changes. Together you separate what is hormonal, what is ADHD, what is anxiety, and what is burnout, then build day-to-day systems around what you now know. Learn more about the Women’s Collective.

Can hormonal changes affect ADHD and executive functioning?

They can be one contributor. Many women notice changes in focus, sleep, energy, mood, overwhelm, and follow-through during pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. Because those changes overlap with ADHD, anxiety, and burnout, the work starts by tracking what is happening so you can tell them apart.

Do I need a diagnosis to join the Women’s Collective?

No. You don’t need an ADHD diagnosis or a complete vision for your future. Part of the work is identifying your longer-term vision, setting goals toward next steps, and putting those goals into motion with an accountability partner.

Can we talk about HRT or ADHD medication?

Yes. There is space for conversations about HRT, birth control, GLP-1s, ADHD medication, and other options as part of the larger picture. Victoria is not a doctor and does not prescribe, so medical treatment decisions stay with your medical provider.

How does the Women’s Collective work?

It uses focused 30-minute sessions every two weeks, with homework, data collection, and practice in between. The work also makes room for the bigger question: What do I want now? Your health, relationships, career, home, money, and the goals you put off.

Minecraft Social Development Program

What is the Minecraft Social Development Program?

The Minecraft Social Development Program is a live online social skills group for elementary-aged neurodivergent kids. Kids meet on Google Meet while playing together in a private Minecraft Bedrock Realm, practicing social skills while social situations are actually happening. The group motto is Treat everyone with kindness. See the full program details.

Why use Minecraft for social skills?

Because knowing what to do socially isn’t the same as being able to do it when you need it. Minecraft works like recess, a birthday party, or the playground: kids navigate different ideas, big feelings, and compromise in the moment. Google Meet works like the dinner table, so even a child building on their own stays part of the conversation.

Is the Minecraft group a safe online space?

Yes. Kids play in a private Minecraft Realm that only registered group members can access, and Victoria is present in the Realm and on the call during every structured group.

Is this a behavior-change program?

No. The program focuses on building and practicing social skills. It is not organized around stopping or treating a particular behavior.

When do Minecraft groups meet and how big are they?

Groups meet Tuesdays 2 to 3 pm ET, Tuesdays 4 to 5 pm ET, and Wednesdays 4 to 5 pm ET, with up to 10 kids per Realm. The school year runs in three phases: Join + Participate (September to December), Notice + Respond (January to March), and Connect + Maintain (April to June).

What is included besides game time?

Kids work from a digital workbook with goal setting, reflection, About Me activities, executive function worksheets, and visual emotion worksheets. They earn social skill trading cards and Good Friend Character Awards, use a color-in calendar for assignments and special events, and can stay in the Realm for open play after group to keep building friendships.

How much does the Minecraft program cost?

One phase (10 to 14 weeks of group) is $780 and includes 8 social skill cards, 2 Good Friend Character Awards, weekly coaching focus and conversation prompts, and access to the private Realm. The full school year program (September to June) is $2,200 and includes 37 live group sessions, 6 open play sessions, 24 social skill cards, 6 character awards, the digital workbook, and 12 themed and special groups.

Getting Started

How do I get started?

Start by booking a 30-minute introduction session by video. Come as you are; you don’t need your goals perfectly organized. You talk through scope, goals, timeline, and where past plans tended to go sideways. If it feels like a good fit, you book a regular every-other-week time and your first homework gets set in motion. If not, that’s okay too. Book an intro session.

Does Level Up Wellness take insurance?

No. Level Up Wellness is private pay. Insurance isn’t billed and superbills aren’t provided, because this skills and systems work doesn’t line up with insurance medical-necessity requirements.

How much do sessions cost?

The introduction session and individual sessions are $150 each.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations need 48 business hours notice. Late cancellations are charged the full session fee.

Are virtual sessions available in my state?

Virtual sessions are available to adults living in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida, Arizona, and Idaho, including Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Richmond, Virginia Beach, Arlington, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tucson, Boise, and Meridian. More states are being added, and there is no waitlist for new states, so check back if yours isn’t listed yet.

Can I try the approach before booking?

Yes. Download the free worksheet Before You Blame Your ADHD, use it to start your workday three days this week, and complete the reflection at the end of the week. Victoria sends a follow-up email a week later as your accountability buddy. Get the free worksheet.
