Is your teen often overwhelmed, quick to shut down, or unsure how to connect with peers? Traditional therapy doesn’t always click for neurodivergent teens—but engaging them inside a familiar, low-stress environment can spark meaningful growth.
I’m Victoria Prisco, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Creative Arts Therapist, and Special Education Teacher. I offer a virtual group therapy experience for teens with ADHD and Autism, where we use the popular game Stardew Valley to guide meaningful discussions, practice flexible thinking, and build self-awareness—all in a safe private server alongside peers who get it.
🎯 Who This Group Is For:
Teens ages 13–17 who:
- Have ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD
- Struggle with impulse control, emotional expression, or black-and-white thinking
- Want to build friendships and social confidence
- Prefer a virtual or game-based approach to therapy
- Enjoy (or are open to) playing Stardew Valley on PC/Mac

- Flexible thinking & adjusting expectations
- Impulse control through game-based decision-making
- Emotion expression in safe, relatable ways
- Peer collaboration and managing frustration
- Building confidence through small, consistent wins

- Platform: Private Stardew Valley Server + Google Meet
- Day: Wednesdays
- Time: 6:00–7:00 PM ET
- Fall Cohort Dates:
October 29 – December 17, 2025
(No session on Wednesday, November 26) - Tech Requirements: Computer access with Stardew Valley installed
